The Princess Saucepan features an extra-thick pristine-white Bioceramix® coating as well as the patented Inox ‘double-bottom’. Bioceramix® is an exclusive ceramic reinforcement that provides long-lasting, non-stick, high-heat performance. The coating is PFOA, cadmium and lead-free. The patented Inox stainless steel plate is embedded into the aluminum bottom. It promotes even heat distribution and is suitable for all hobs including induction. Dishwasher safe. Size: 24cm / 9.5″. Includes Aroma Lid. Unique to the Pensofal line, the Aroma Lid features a circular stainless steel knob with a deep reservoir containing a micro-hole used to diffuse liquids slowly into your food as it cooks. Add olive oil, wine or balsamic vinegar to the aroma lid to infuse your dishes with intensified flavours and aromas. In addition, the lid can be inverted and used as a pedestal to serve from the pot. The glass lid has a stainless steel rim and a moisture relief hole.
